Korli is an intelligent link-in-bio service in V1. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We're committed to transparency and compliance with GDPR, without legal jargon.

What data do we collect?

We collect only what's necessary to provide and improve the service:

Account data: email address and username (required to create your account and access your page)
Usage data: page views, clicks on links, traffic sources (collected anonymously via Umami, our self-hosted analytics tool)

What we don't collect

To be clear: we don't sell your data, we don't use advertising trackers, and we don't resell your information to third parties. We're an independent project, not a data broker.

Why do we collect this data?

We use your data for two main purposes:

To make the service work: your account data allows you to log in and manage your page
To improve the product: usage statistics help us understand how people use Korli and fix bugs

Tools we use

Here's what we use behind the scenes:

Umami (self-hosted): for anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Just basic statistics.
Hosting & storage: your data is stored on servers located in the European Union when possible. If this changes, we'll update this policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have full control over your data. You can request:

Access: get a copy of all data we have about you
Deletion: delete your account and all associated data
Export: receive your data in a structured format (JSON)

V1 status

Korli is in V1. The core service is stable and we ship improvements continuously. We're doing our best to protect your data, but please be aware that we're a small independent project, not a large corporation with dedicated security teams.
